Yes the voice acting was FANTASTIC!! It felt SO believable that everyone had their respective personality!

I think it also worked thanks to Araki's writing-- first of all that he writes his characters distinctly enough (both their overall personality and their speaking mannerisms.. it's very difficult to mistake a Mista line for a Trish line, or a Narancia line for a Giorno line).

Second of all that he introduced the scenario very clearly. I've definitely read body swaps where it got super confusing, because I couldn't keep track of who was who. But it's very easy to remember that Trish and Mista swapped, because of the memorable scene where they find out. Trish's body using the gun is highlighted, and Mista's body being horrifying for a girl to be in is highlighted, so even if everyone was written very similarly, I think I'd still be able to remember that Trish's body is Mista, and Mista's is Trish. (Similarly, the Narancia/Giorno swap has Giorno in Narancia's body looking up at his own face through the turtle, while Narancia in Giorno's body goes "Giorno!")

I think with other body swaps I've read, even if the voice actors are just as good and could act each other's characters flawlessly like they did here, it would still be confusing bc of the lack of character distinctiveness + lack of clarity on the situation overall.

IN CONCLUSION, best body swap ep I've ever seen, 10/10 good work Araki, DavidPro, and the voice actors!!
