I'm sad I missed the other rec posts, but thankfully I know the exact fic I'd like to share for Giorno: synergy by popcornstorm on ao3

It's a Giorno/Mista hanahaki oneshot set after Part 5, and it's incredibly funny, rather than angsty. More Mista centered than Giorno, but only because Mista is the one with the disease. The characterizations of everyone involved is enjoyable because their silliness is cranked up a bit. Mista's an idiot in particular. And I love that for him.

I'm glad you like the fic! Whenever I remember hanahaki disease fics are a thing, it's the first fic I think of, so I forget that hanahaki is commonly full of angst, haha.
