Rec Post: Phantom Blood

Hello, everyone! Welcome to the first (of hopefully many) regular rec posts 🎉

The idea is pretty straightforward: Mods will create a rec post with a theme/topic and members are free to comment with any sort of JoJo fanwork that they feel fits into the theme/topic. Feel free to interpret "fanwork" as broadly as you want! The more content the merrier.

The only requirement is that each comment should include appropriate content warnings as applicable. If the linked content already has warnings/tags (e.g. a fic on AO3 with all the necessary tags), then there's no need to copy-paste the warnings; a summary or brief description will do.

Whenever I think of Phantom Blood, I think of blue death’s AMV Bustin. It’s set to a remix of the Ghostbusters theme and it always makes me laugh. I wasn’t a big PB fan, but that AMV also manages to get me in my nostalgic PB feels even though I wasn’t super into the actual part.

Their other JJBA AMVs are great as well!!!

My favorite part in the AMV has to be the song going "If you're seeing things sleeping in your bed" and then the AMV showing a bandaged Jonathan. Erina's definitely not complaining 😂

I also didn't actually know what Cracker Barrel was until I read this comic lmao. I've still never seen one IRL...

The comic is silly of course, but yeah I feel like it perfectly captures their actual personalities!! :D
